# Paris Ensuite

> Paris Ensuite is a Paris property management company (PARIS ENSUITE SAS, Carte professionnelle « Gestion immobilière » CPI 7501 2026 000 000 297) that lets furnished apartments in Paris from one month, on the French mobility lease (bail mobilité, one to ten months). When a company pays, the lease stays in the occupant's name and the company signs it with the occupant's written power of attorney. When a company books for twelve months or more, the apartment is let on a corporate housing lease (bail de logement de fonction) in the company's name. Every Paris rental lasts one month or more, under a written lease signed before arrival.
