What is Paris Ensuite?
Paris Ensuite provides a curated portfolio of turnkey, premium apartments in Paris's most sought-after neighbourhoods. We specialise in high-standard housing for corporate travellers and relocation agencies, ensuring every home is work-ready and fully managed.
Which contract applies?
Two leases. The French mobility lease (bail mobilité), from one to ten months, for a tenant who, on the date the lease starts, is in professional training, higher education, an apprenticeship, an internship, a civic service, a job transfer or a temporary work assignment. It is always in the name of the person who lives in the apartment; when a company pays, it can sign for that person with their written power of attorney. The corporate housing lease (bail de logement de fonction), in the company's name, when a company rents for twelve months or more to house an employee.
Every Paris rental lasts one month or more, under a written lease signed before you arrive.
What does the rent include?
Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive: exquisitely furnished and decorated interiors, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and all utilities, fine linen and towels, and support from arrival to departure.

Once you select a property, we provide a detailed, all-inclusive quote.
Digital verification
We request your ID and proof of eligibility for the mobility lease through our secure portal.
E-signature
You receive your lease via a secure platform for electronic signature. Once signed, your Paris home is locked in.
