The website www.parisensuite.com is published by PARIS ENSUITE (SAS, company no. 990 362 758, 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France), the data controller for your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Contact: [mail].

What we collect, why, and on what basis

Contact requests (form, email, phone, WhatsApp). Name, email, phone, message. Purpose: answering your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Booking and lease. Identity, contact details, dates and composition of the stay, reason for the stay and proof of eligibility for the mobility lease (for example an employer, training, study or internship letter), identity document, proof of address, payment details. Purpose: verifying eligibility for the mobility lease, drawing up and signing the lease, running the stay, invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and the landlord's legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c): French Act of 6 July 1989, accounting and tax rules).

During the stay. Messages, assistance requests, inventories and photographs of the apartment. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

After the stay. Your email address, to ask you once, the day after you leave, for your review of the stay, if you booked directly with us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether our guests are satisfied (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by replying to the message or by writing to us.

Browsing. If you accept it in the consent banner, and only then, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel measure traffic on the website and the effectiveness of our ads and posts on Google, Facebook and Instagram (legal basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a); retention: 13 months at most; withdraw at any time by deleting this website's cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back, or by writing to us). Without your consent, none of these tools is loaded. The booking engine (Lodgify), on its own domain, shows its own cookie consent banner. The host keeps technical logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser) for security and service operation (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

We only collect the data we need. We make no automated decision with legal effects about you.
