The personal information collected in this form is necessary to:
Establish and execute the seasonal rental agreement.
Manage bookings and payments, including processing payments via Stripe and PayPal.
Ensure communication between the tenant and ParisEnsuite.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Data recipients
The personal data collected is intended for EI Nicolas Dussart (commercial name ParisEnsuite) and may be communicated to the following third parties:
BNP Paribas, France, for processing payments.
Stripe and PayPal for processing online credit card payments.
Lodgify (Property management software) for managing reservations and guest communication.
Legal authorities if required by law.
Data retention period
Data retention period
Personal data will be kept for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above, and in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations. Specifically:
Rental agreements will be retained for 5 years.
Financial records will be retained for 2 years.
Guest contact information will be retained for 2 years after the last stay, unless explicit consent is provided for marketing purposes. In this case, the data will be retained until consent is withdrawn.
ID scans will be deleted immediately after verification of the guest's identity at check-in.
Other data (purpose of stay, number of guests, cleaning preference) will be retained for 2 years after the last stay.
