What is Paris Ensuite offering?

Paris Ensuite provides exquisitely furnished apartments for temporary and hassle-free stays. Each apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to settle in quickly and easily.

What is the minimum stay?

Paris Apartments have a minimum 1 month length of stay, and up to a maximum of 8 months under a monthly lease. You can choose the dates that works for you.

How does our pricing work?

Paris Ensuite pricing is based on a supply-and-demand model, similar to hotels and airlines. Rates change based on variables like availability and seasonality. The monthly rental rate you pay is calculated using a weighted average of your selected dates.

What next?

Once you have confirmed you stay dates, we will provide you with a quote and request your details to set up a monthly lease contract. you will simply receive an email to sign it electronically. Before you check in, we will send you the details to secure your deposit. It is a hold, and will be refunded in the following days after your check out.
